Ryan Finley is the Founder of Freedom Financial Services Group (FreedomFSG) and a nationally recognized expert in divorce financial analysis, forensic accounting, and mediation. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and court-approved mediator, Ryan blends technical precision with compassionate guidance to support families and legal professionals through one of life’s most challenging transitions.
At FreedomFSG, Ryan has assisted hundreds of families across the country, offering services that include forensic tracing of separate property, business valuations, equitable distribution analysis, marital balance sheet preparation, and expert testimony. His approach emphasizes clarity and collaboration—acting as a bridge between attorneys and clients during mediation and helping both sides understand the financial realities behind each decision. Drawing on his experience as a court-approved mediator, Ryan brings a unique ability to see both perspectives and to communicate complex financial data in a way that fosters understanding and resolution.
Before founding FreedomFSG, Ryan spent more than two decades in executive financial leadership, serving as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President for multimillion-dollar real estate and construction companies. His experience in financial strategy, contract negotiations, debt restructuring, and operational leadership provides unique insight into the complexities of business ownership and high-value asset division in divorce.
Ryan’s work is guided by the belief that every client deserves clarity for divorce today and confidence for life tomorrow—a mission that has become the cornerstone of FreedomFSG. Known for his steady, structured, and client-centered approach, Ryan continues to be a trusted resource for families, attorneys, and courts navigating the intersection of law and finance.
He earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
